The vessel is to be all welded steel construction and to be propelled by two marine diesel engines with fix pitch propellers inside fixed nozzles.The vessel's accommodation is to be located on main deck and raised forecastle deck.The main hullis to be divided by four transerve WT bulkheads into the following compartments:

2) Bow thrusters compartment,F.W wing tank(P&S),F.W.double bottom tank(P&S)

3) Engine roon,engine control roon,F.O. wing tanks,double bottom FO tanks,Foam wing tank,Det wing tank,lube oil wing tank,Hydraulic oil wing tank,Dirty oil bdouble boyyom tank & Bilge holding double bottom tank

4) F.O.tanks(P&S) & centre tank

5)Steering gear compartment and S.W.ballast tanks(P&S)
